I finally swallowed my pride and said:

You can’t do this shit alone anymore. You’re in a pre-hoarder’s house, in one 10x13 room after being in one room without fresh air for a whole year. Your meds are not working but that’s to be expected after the same stuff for 17 years.

I’ll be truly glad when I finally get a proper therapist.

Another breakdown that needed me to give my shoelaces to the nursing staff, a mini vaycay from the gravity of my situation and yet I still want to sleep forever.

I need to slow down and be more deliberate about what I do.

I’m entering my mid 40s, experiencing perimenopause (all my girlfriends are tbh), and that carefree, seat of your pants, young tiffany is no more, at least physically. Mental exhaustion and aging will wreck you.
