An Apple News widget responding to text size changes. I am fascinated by how it chooses which articles to display.

Thursday is a great night for partying at WWDC. Weāve made it (almost) through the week!
Hereās the Spotify playlist we play at LIVE Near WWDC before the show and during breaks. Girl power mixed with nerd tunes and Bash bands.

Uploading apps to App Store Connect using the Xcode 12 Beta seems so much fasterā¦ or is it just me?

My thought of the day: Weāll never see iPad in size larger than 12.9 inches because larger devices like this could be an ARM Mac with large screen AND touch support. #wwdc #wwdc20 #wwdc2020 #apple

Scribbled some features and new mockups for a project I almost finished several years ago already. All new, a little differentā¦ not sure where this will go, but this is what WWDC does to me š

If you installed Big Sur on an external volume and canāt seem to reboot into your main volume, try rebooting with the Option key held down to select the main volume that way.

Apple seems to be shipping a TON of Developer Transition Kits, even to folks who donāt make Mac apps. My deduction is these devices are partly for developers to test their own apps, but partly to get BROAD ābeta testingā of the hardware concept and Appleās own software.

Apple is doing a great job with the remote WWDC. For me, the in-person variety still works best. If they remain remote once the world returns to normal Iāll be tempted to travel somewhere, even a local hotel, so I can really focus.

I am really enjoying the new format for #wwdc20 and I hope Apple continues it beyond this pandemic era. The videos are very well produced, trimmed of all the fat, and I donāt have to wait all day to watch them. Itās been a great experience so far.

š As I work on some of the new stuff this weekend I need to temper my emotional response to go all in on iOS 14 required. 81% is still kind of low in regards to current iOS 13 usage and I would expect iOS 14 to be similar.
