The image shows a tall, dark statue of a robed figure standing against a pale sky. The figure appears to be a religious or scholarly person, with a raised hand gesturing upward, possibly making a blessing or significant gesture. The figure is wearing a pointed hat with a cross on top, suggesting it may represent a bishop or religious leader. The other hand holds a book, indicating wisdom or authority. To the left, there are tree branches with dense leaves, while the lower part of the image includes the silhouette of a person, giving a sense of scale to the statue. The overall tone is dramatic, with the lighting casting shadows on the statue, enhancing its solemn and commanding presence.

The king of the world. Experimental. Somewhere in Croatia.

I did a test login to my Twitter / X account. It still works, but didn’t post anything. Scrolled my timeline for a few minutes. 👀🫣 What. The. Actual. Fuck. Is. This. Place. Now? Super random and controversial content appearing. This place has become the Internet dumpster.

Today, I’m again giving a serious try to iA Presenter. I want to love this app. It is so different from any other presentation app. I’m working on a YouTube video explaining concepts around Craft Objects.

@pratik personally, I'm sometimes tempted to go more often on Mastodon and work from there but the ability of doing that from a single point, i.e., Micro.blog, is the best of both worlds.

@pratik @mtt @jarrod one problem in Reeder, though: When signing in to Micro.blog, for those with multiple blogs (we can have up to five), we don’t get the chance to select the one to use with Reeder. I don’t know the selection method in Reeder, but it takes one of mine, which is not the main one.

@jarrod you could import the RSS feed into Micro.blog using "Sources"... and voilà!

This image shows a scenic view through a window, likely taken from inside an older stone structure. The window frames a picturesque town with numerous closely packed buildings, all featuring distinct red-orange terracotta rooftops. In the distance, you can see a green hillside dotted with trees and small buildings, while the town appears nestled against the base of the hill. The architecture suggests a historic or Mediterranean setting, with stone buildings and narrow streets. The sky is clear and blue, creating a vibrant contrast with the earthy tones of the town and surrounding landscape.

I have one thought regarding apps like Reeder (the new one) and Tapestry. I fail to see any comments regarding the inherent limit of those apps. How do they fare when you are adding a few dozens of sources, some with high volume of posts? Merging those feeds into a single timeline make the latter rather ov... blog.numericcitizen.me

@matt I've been playing with Reeder and found a great use case for it based on the use of the generation of a public RSS feed based on a tag. It's really cool. Having exchanged a few email with the dev and he has great plans for this (like being able to add comments on top of tags that would make it to the public feed... which could then be seen has a bunch of link posts).

This black-and-white photo depicts part of an ancient stone building with classical architecture. It features large Corinthian columns with ornate capitals, supporting an arch and entablature. The stone blocks show signs of aging, with cracks and weathered textures. Sunlight creates sharp contrasts, casting dramatic shadows that highlight the building's intricate details. The scene conveys a sense of historical grandeur.

This photo reminds me of old drawings of roman buildings. #blackandwhite #blackandwhitephotography #architecture
