๐Ÿง˜I thought it would be good to formalize my mental health toolkit.

This process keeps me going:

  • Meditate every day for at least 10 minutes
  • Workout 20 minutes, 4 times a week
  • Create something for 20 minutes, 3 times per week

Total time required:

  • 30 minutes per day
  • 3.5 hours per week

Itโ€™s overwhelming. Do you have a meditation practice you followow? When I turn to yoga, itโ€™s with Adriene. When I meditate, who is my Adriene?

Slight changes to weekend plans, as we woke up late โ€“ because sleep is important too.

Still doing rollercoasters, but taking it at a leisurely pace. Park is open till 23:00 tonight, and we'll pop in tomorrow again too as we're staying close. No rush, no drama, just chilling ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ
