I told my wife I felt like a tottering old man. She said I think it’s doddering. Like daughter with a d. So I looked it up and she’s right.
Doddering is for old me. Tottering is for structures like a teeter totter.
@alans Agreed! We are lucky Maryland has incentives as well ell as some federal ones when we bought. We get “sky money” every month which is a joy. It helps to pay for itself.
@alans Solar is amazing! We were lucky that our county has run a series of co-ops for solar and were able to finance it a few years ago. We have a modest sized house and it’s just the two of us and most months the solar cancels out our bill. So we pay an $8 to be on the grid. But that’s it. ☀️ 💰

@cdevroe Wife and I switched about two years ago after one of her sister's did and referred us. We're in the DC area and coverage has been great. Struggles at times inside some buildings like grocery stories at on the bottom floor of apartment buildings. But it cannot be beaten for the price.
