Took this picture years ago in a UNHCR refugee campee camp in Eastern Ethiopia, close to the Somalian border. Bare existence in this camp of 25,000 yet the children showed this response when you smiled and showed your camera.

@aeryn it is always difficult to consider where you are when life is getting sour. I don't struggle with it but see close friends and family that face a daily grind. I just try to be kind and listen. You can't fix much but to encounter and hold kindness pushes those clouds away, just a bit.

@EbikeNuggs there definitely is a point when going faster removes the satisfaction of biking and becomes a competition for speed. You notice less. You get caught in an anxiety trap.

You also need to relearn certain things about ebike riding.
