I think it’s just a coincidence that I’m listening to The Wasp Factory but I feel it can’t be. I did read it once, a long time ago, but am enjoying taking the time to go over it again.

@Munish between 15 and 20kg. Which I learned after I started is the upper end of weights recommended.
Been back in China almost a week now and finally got around to my second lot of exercise. I am just struggling to get started. It’s easier when I’m working as I normally use the gym there. Already feeling mentally better, which is good. Maybe tomorrow i’ll get back around to doing some rucking.

I was trying out new shoes (New Balance “Fresh Foam X More Trail v3 CK3”) and the toe box was huge and the cushioning borderline ridiculous but … damn, they were comfy. And the Vibram lugs worked great in the mountains on the rocks and leaves. They felt solid the whole way through.
