☕️ It’s Saturday morning and I’ve been wide awake since 6:30am. No alarm, I just woke up naturally. A hugely busy day ahead, so I’m happy I’m getting some peaceful time to sit, drink my coffee, and catch up on the news.
Then to to the office to record a ton of video…

And then it took quite some time for me to feel relaxed enough to get some sleep. Add to that this morning’s 6am alarm, and it’s been a tough few hours.

A pretty full-on day at the psychology coalface today. I’m going to the cinema straight after I leave the office, which is something to look forward to. But the first order of business: coffee ☕️

It’s too dang hot for coffee today, so I decided to make some “fast” iced coffee in my @atp.fm pint glass. 🧊☕️ Thought it was pretty cool, seeing the coffee melt the ice. 🤣

Ran into my old barista this morning. He made morning coffees at the station in the late 2010s, before Covid wiped his business out. I thought he’d headed back to New Zealand after that, but no he’s still around and doing quite well (just not morning coffees). Really great to see him again. ☕️
