Still laughing at myself over this. I was watching the incredible USC vs LSU football game on Sunday night, and when USC scored their game winning touchdown, I celebrated so hard my watch thought I took a hard fall. 🤣🤣🤣

Lowkey, my biggest pet peeve about micro.blog. This fascination with "the feed" hurts my soul.
@gregmoore To be fair to them, it can get very Lord of the Flies out there. King of the hill and all that. Some kids built igloos that they then used to mark their territories but other kids wanted them, and it got crazy.

@miljko For sure! This is most definitely not a complete list. In college, I took an entire course that focused exclusively on musicals, a genre I didn’t appreciate at the time but came to adore by the end of it. I had only seen it the one time, but I still think about Victor/Victoria when I think of musicals. What a great film.
@gregmoore Right? Honestly, I think any student who went through this list would get through the best of film history and through a good chunk of a “proper” film education. Couple this with all the great filmmaking fundamental videos one can find on YouTube (and all the cheap-ish and great camera gear readily available nowadays), then that’s all a student would really need to start making movies now. What a great time to be alive for young filmmakers!
