idk if ur in upstate ny or the city but i went to college in upstate ny and the squirrels are definitely… interesting. it mightve been enhanced where i was since it was a college campus but they would get in the trash and just munch on a whole bread roll on the fence. there were also stray cats there so i dont think its unusual for ny lol. i was in a very small town area tho and there were lots of deer. raccoons and skunks. i used to take night walks and if i caught a whiff of skunk id beeline home. it was cool tho lots of herons todaysbird.tumblr.com
