@justinto usually one of the LEDs in the circle burns out and you can short it and the circuit will adjust with one less LED, but sometimes it’s a more serious issue like a bad capacitor, etc.

@justinto don’t toss such well engineered bulbs. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube and elsewhere about reviving them for at least a bit more life through relatively simple means.

Biwa Pond is a natural body of water at an elevation of 4,500 feet in Shiga Kogen in the mountains of northern Nagano Prefecture. It has a depth of 68 feet that is apparently used for limited electricity generation. It's name derives from the shape of the pond resembling a Japanese short necked lute (biwa).
